I registered for Camp Canton but my schedule has changed, how do I get a refund?

Canton Leisure Services is committed to providing the highest quality camps, programs and memberships for the Canton Community. If after purchasing a camp or program and you are not satisfied with the level of service and/or quality, you may complete the Canton Township Camps, Programs, and Memberships Withdrawal/Refund Request Form. All requests must be made within seven (7) days after the completion of the camp, or program. 

  • All approved requests will receive a refund via original method of payment (credit card or credit on account). Credit on Accounts may be used for Leisure Services classes, programs and memberships (excludes Village Theater shows, Pheasant Run Golf Club services, and Softball Leagues).
  • Leisure Services reserves the right to modify this policy.

Camp Withdrawals: Participants wishing to withdraw/transfer from a camp must complete the Withdrawal/Refund Request form and submit it online or to the Summit on the Park Front Desk at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the camp you are requesting to withdraw from.  Cancellation fees noted on the form will be applied as necessary. 

Program Withdrawals: Participants wishing to withdraw/transfer from a program must complete the Withdrawal/Refund Request form and submit it online or to the Summit on the Park Front Desk at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the program you are requesting to withdraw from. 

Canton Leisure Services reserves the right to cancel any activity due to low enrollment and will provide a refund. Participants will have the option to enroll in another class if space is available. An effort will be made to schedule a make-up class if a class is canceled due to inclement weather or causes beyond our control. However, if that is not possible, no partial refund will be provided.
