I haven’t received my e-tickets. What should I do?

If you requested that your tickets be emailed to you, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided on your order. If you did not receive a confirmation, please check your junk mail, as it may be there. The email may refer to Ovation Tix, or Audience View. If you still don’t see a confirmation, you may call the Village Theater box office at 734/394-5300 during Box Office hours, which are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m., and the box office manager will assist you or re-direct your order to Will Call. Will Call may be picked up from the Village Theater box office 1 hour before the show.
