The Village Theater will celebrate the legacy of singer, songwriter, and legendary musician Prince with a tribute from Phase 5, on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at 7:30 p.m.  This Prince Tribute band has performed at Greektown Casino, MGM Grand Casino, Motor City Casino, Winterblast, The North American Auto Show and has opened for national acts including Freddie Jackson. Put on your best Purple and join us as we Party Like It’s 1999 and enjoy Purple Rain inspired drinks and snacks available for purchase in the lobby.
 
Tickets can be purchased at the door or in advance online, by phone at 734/394-5300, or in person Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Village Theater, 50400 Cherry Hill Road, Canton. Tickets: $25


Celebrate the 9th Annual Canton Acts of Culture Week

Embrace Arts and Culture during this special celebration from May 10-18, 2019

Canton will once again focus a spotlight on arts and culture during the 9th annual Canton Acts of Culture Week. This special week, presented by the Canton Commission for Culture, Arts and Heritage, will begin on Friday, May 10 and run through Saturday, May 18, 2019, at various community locations.

Special events and programs will showcase community cultural resources and partnerships. celebrate the heritage and diversity of Canton, raise awareness of arts accessibility, while promoting local arts advocates and organizations in the Canton community.
