Drinking Water Revolving Fund
State Revolving Fund/Strategic Water Quality Initiatives Fund


The Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will conduct public hearings
for the following:

The draft Fiscal Year 2017 Project Priority Lists for the Drinking Water Revolving Fund
(DWRF), the State Revolving Fund (SRF), and the Strategic Water Quality Initiatives
Fund (SWQIF) that list projects for which Project Plans were submitted to the DEQ by
July 1, 2016; and

The draft Fiscal Year 2017 Intended Use Plans that explain how DWRF, SRF, and
SWQIF funds available in Fiscal Year 2017 will be distributed.

Printed copies of these documents are available by calling the Revolving Loan Section
at 517-284-5433, or they are posted on our Web site at

The public hearings will be held on September 21, 2016, beginning with the DWRF
at 1:30 p.m., followed by the SRF/SWQIF. The location will be in the Edward
Hutchinson Conference Room, Atrium Level South, Constitution Hall, 525 W.
Allegan, Lansing, Michigan. Please use the East Entrance.

The hearing records will remain open to receive written comments until September 28,
2016, at 5 p.m. Written comments may be directed to:
