Children and families love this whimsical musical version of the Sleepy Hollow classic written by Washington Irving. This version is set to music and was written with a young audience in mind. Book by Vera Morris. Music and lyrics by Bill Francoeur.
Director and Novi resident Barbara Bloom says:
“Sleepy Hollow is a spooktacular, must see for the fall season and Halloween! The scene is set in a small, 1800’s farming community called “Sleepy Hollow” in New England. The audience will tap their toes to such lively tunes as “Brom Bones” and “Katrina, Won’t You Let Me Walk You Home.” Many interesting characters are introduced including a nervous school master, a lovely maiden, townspeople, an ardent suitor and of course, a horse.”
