Canton Leisure Services has your family in mind as we create fun and educational programs in our Youth and Special Interest Classes! All our youth programs are run by qualified instructors, whose love of teaching and passion for their subjects shines through, making your child's experience memorable, impactful and fun!

Adult & Youth Karate: CLS Karate program has operated at the Summit for over 20 years and offers youth and adult classes that cover all skill levels from beginner to advanced students.
Fencing: The Fencing program has also been a CLS tradition for many years and has started hundreds of students on the path to enjoying this engaging sport and hobby.
Kidcreate: Our friends at Kidcreate offer popular art-based classes such as Tie Dying, Pinch, Slab, and Coil Clay Creations as well as preschool classes based on popular characters.
Magic: Nationally known magician Magic Joe has been sharing his magic secrets and performance skills with the Canton community for years, setting dozens of kids on the path to increased self-esteem and confidence.
Jump-A-Rama: Housed at the Village Art Factory, these 'get moving' classes teach your kids skills with classes such as Tiny Tumbles, Gymnastics, Acro-Cheer and Ninja Training.
Alex Thomas: These amazing seminars will teach STEM skills while kids create their own 'Special Effects' in courses like Claymation, Stop-Motion Animation, and Puppetry.
CodeWiz: Our partners at CodeWiz offer a HUGE range of virtual classes that teach computer-based skills with courses in JAVA, Python, Roblox, and Minecraft.
Live Safe Academy: Classes that SAVE lives, including first aid, babysitter training, pet sitter training, self-defense and more.
Chess: Chess has gained popularity in the past few years and these classes will teach skills to players at any level.
Dance Classes: Join Canton's longest operating Dance Studio, Dancin' Feet. They offer instruction on a wide variety of dance styles and the quality of instructors is second to none.
The B.L.O.C.K. Youth and Teen Programs

- Tutoring, art guild, lunch and learn, Friday parties, mental health programs, Transpire, summer camps, after-school services and more!
SPORTS TRAINING, Camps and Clinics
- Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Charity Runs and more
Registration: program registration is available online and at the Summit on the Park front desk.
Inclement Weather Policy
If the Plymouth/Canton School District closes due to inclement weather during the school year (typically due to winter weather conditions), all Leisure Services Department programs/classes held prior to 4:00 pm will be canceled. For Leisure Services programs/classes that begin after 4:00 pm a determination to cancel will be made no later than 2:00 pm that day.
