The Journey To Augusta National Golf Club Begins Here for Ages 7-15

Young golfers ages 7-15 can now register to compete in the 2014 Drive, Chip, & Putt Golf Championship local qualifier on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Pheasant Run. This free golf competition, sponsored by the Professional Golfers Association (PGA) of America and Augusta National Golf Club, will give area youth the opportunity to compete in separate divisions in four age categories and could ultimately lead them to the championship finals scheduled to be held on the grand stage of the Augusta National during the 2015 Masters Tournament week.

Each participant's skills will be put to the test in driving, chipping and putting, with players judged on their accuracy and distance. Each of the contestants will be given three attempts with their best shots qualifying them for points that will be accumulated throughout the day. Participants will be grouped based on their age as of the Championship final on Sunday, April 5, 2015.
