This is a 6 week class that will get you feeling comfortable walking with poles and improve your balance, endurance, strength and posture. Poles are available for participants to use during this 6 week class. Walks will take place outside in Heritage Park or indoor track. Limited space is available. Registration can be done on line, or in person at Club 55+
