This is a 6 week class that will get you feeling comfortable walking with poles and improve your balance, endurance, strength and posture. Poles are available for participants to use during this 6 week class. Walks will take place outside in Heritage Park or indoor track. Limited space is available. Registration can be done on line, or in person at Club 55+

NTD features a series of outdoor activities, designed to promote and celebrate the importance of trails in the United States. Individuals, clubs and organizations from around the country host National Trails Day® events to share their love of trails with friends, family, and their communities, and Canton's beautiful Lower Rouge Trail is no exception. Join us at the trailhead for self-guided tours, educational presentations, crafts and snacks, all celebrating the hidden gem that is the Lower Rouge Trail.
